Drill head with safety ring to safely operate inside PVC & clay pipes and make initial cut. Measurement: .33(S)x.9(D)x1.6(L). Special Drill Heads can be attached in front of Picote Original Grinding Chains to create an initial opening in the blockage to then allow the chains to open and better perform their cleaning function.
