Flex Guard™ Epoxy is a 100% solids, hybrid epoxy coating that provides both strength and chemical resistance while delivering 11-150% elongation for extreme environments.
- Includes (6) 600mm x 600mm cartridges (1/3 gallon)
- Flexible fiber reinforced epoxy mastic
- Compression strength of 5,000 PSI
- 4 sq. ft. of coverage at 125 mils (1/8)" per cartridge
- Uses OneGun
- Can be applied to metal and concrete
- 100% solids, no VOCS
- Quick drying
- Can be applied in areas of high humidity
- Unaffected by freeze and thaw

Flex Guard™ Epoxy is a flexible fiber reinforced epoxy mastic for application on metal and concrete substrates, cracks or joints that experience movement. With a 100-150% elongation it is ideal for freeze/thaw, and structures that experience temperature fluctuation.
APPLICATION METHOD
For best results, Flex Guard-FM should be applied with a putty knife or trowel, depending on the voids to be filled or covered.
